The Aston Martin DBS is without a doubt one of the best looking supercars of all time. It was rated so cool that it was put in the freezer (I think) next to the Cool Wall (anyone remember the Cool Wall?).
Last time I checked, these were going for £120K-ish second hand. You can buy one now for £70K with 25,000 miles on it. Bargaaaaiiiinnnnn. The DBS is basically a fancier, spicier, updated version of the DB9. In 2006 when it was first sold, you could find these lining up in Monaco and all the other places wealthy show off's hang out. Now you don't really see them, and that's a shame. For the same price of a new M3 you could have a real second-hand head-turner. This is why I struggle to find a reason to buy a new car, because the calibre of car you can get second hand is far better than a new one.
I have to admit one thing, I have broken my supercar rule yet again, as the DBS will only do 191mph (slow right?). I might have to get rid of the 200mph rule, because I am bending it quite often. 0-60 in 4.3s. It outputs 510BHP and 420lb/ft of torque. These are great figures for 2006, most hot-hatches of today have the same figures (exaggerating a bit), but they aren't as cool.
