The UK MOT test (Ministry of Transport test) for cars older than three years old has been paused for six months, because of the Coronavirus (obviously).
Just so everyone knows, this isn't the Government being nice. The whole reason is to cut out you having to go to a MOT centre (leave your house). It does make sense and we should appreciate it, but they could always pay for our car insurance since most of us aren't really driving anywhere ;) (Come on BoJo stick your hand in your pocket mate).
Just to keep it perfectly clear, cars younger than three years old will have their MOT's paused for 3 months rather than 6, no idea why, but there you go.
