Nissan 350Z | AttainableMotors

Updated: Dec 3, 2019

Okay..... tried to make this a weekly thing, its not hahaha. We will ignore the fact that I am late by two weeks and move into the attainable motor I have chosen this week, the Nissan 350 Z GT. I would like to add I have recently had a negative experience with Nissan, my sister has recently bought a Juke (I know, how are we related?) brand new from Nissan. After being driven for 300 miles the engine management light came on, now this is understandable there is always a possibility that brand new parts fail. However, when she took it to the dealership at the appointed time (10AM), they said it was just an estimate and it could be anytime between 10AM and 5PM. After waiting for an hour my dad complained, it then transpired that they were not going to be able to see the car until 3PM. They were going to make her wait for 5 hours! Anyway long story short she went back at 3PM and it was just a faulty O2 sensor.

The 350Z has a 3.5 litre V6 screamer of an engine. This particular car has done 49,671miles, this is barely been driven considering its a 12 year old car. It's up for £7,950 and I think this is a fairly decent price considering the mileage. I will go through the stats because that's the only thing that anyone really cares about; Top speed 155MPH, O-60 5.5 Seconds and 296BHP. The main problem with this being an attainable car is the fact that the tax cost is ridiculous, its £570 a year. £570 is a lot of bluddy money for tax, the most I would spend would be £350, but hey its up to you. Anyway, I still think the 350Z is a good attainable dream motor, it sounds good, its fast and its meant to handle well, if I had £8,000 I would definitely consider buying one of these.
