I have always wanted an Interceptor, but I forgot about it. Until I saw one out in the wild, which resulted in me searching for some on our favourite car classifieds.

Some of you may have never heard of the Interceptor (or even Jensen at all, considering this is the car synonymous with the brand). The Interceptor is a Grand tourer hand-built in West Bromwich (The Midlands) between 1966 and 1976.
You may be thinking this car uses a 4-pot from an old escort, you would be wrong. It actually uses a big block V8 from 'Murica. The perfect balance of American power and English refinement. (Like the punch of Deontay Wilder and the skill of Tyson Fury, can you tell I watched the fight? Bluddy heck it was good).
