The 2021 Ford M..... I Mean The Jaguar F-Type

I really like the first generation Jaguar F-type, I think its the perfect affordable sports car. The F-type is one of the big money-makers in Jaguar's line-up, so they have decided to freshen up the look to keep it modern.

I do really like it, but I do have a few small issues, nothing too bad Jaguar (please make me a brand ambassador). The problem I have is with the headlights, its combination of the angles of the front of the car with the headlights. They sort of kind of might make the front end look like a Ford Mondeo, and I can't unsee it.

I can confirm that despite the Mondeoness (its a word) the car is still beautiful, it has gained some vents not too dissimilar to its older brother the XKR's, it has also gained new rear light clusters.

Not only have they "updated" the look of the car, they have also removed some of the fun from the F-type. Jaguar have removed the V6 option, which was rated so highly. In fact some people rate the V6 higher than the top spec V8 Supercharged option. Luckily they are at least still keeping the full-fat V8, so no soulless electric version yet lads. The updated version is welcomed, even if it looks a bit like a Mondeo, it may even convert more Porsche Cayman owners over to the English side.
