Considering this last years news reports of rampant Australian Wildfires and the pandemic of the Corona virus, not to mention countless other terrible happenings we are getting used to bad news. So hopefully this cheers everyone up: £2.5bn has been set aside for repairing potholes wohooooo. This is enough to fill 50 million potholes by 2022, there is also plan for an investment of £50 million every year to fill them up.
Great news I would say, now we just need it mandatory for all cars to come with mud-flaps so windscreens stop getting chipped. This does not improve your chances in surviving the corona virus, but I am not a miracle worker, stay positive chaps.
