The Perfect Track Car?

Spoiler: there is one on AutoTrader hence why I am talking about it. Its the Radical SR3, Radical is a company that not many have heard of, it is a British manufacturer of racing cars. It was founded by Mick Hyde and Phil Abbott in 1997. They started building open cockpit sportscars that could legally be used on the road and the track. Radical's most popular car to date is the SR3 funnily enough.

Now, they are like £25K to £50K for an SR3 (this one is exactly £30K). For that £30k you're not exactly getting a lot of weight for your buck, as it weighs 465kg, obviously this is great for a racecar, but beware of a strong gust of wind. Radical have plopped a 1.5L Suzuki engine in it to create an impressive 252bhp, meaning the car makes it to 60 in just 3.8s (you have to remember this car is from 2001). If this car didn't have such good downforce, you would be in trouble with air traffic control pretty quickly. This car sticks to the road so well that it creates its own gravity. Of course not many people have £30K burning a hole in their pocket to be spent on a track car, but if you do a Radical SR3 is not a bad place to start.
