Which Cars Will Be Able To Cover 1 Million Miles?

Not many cars have done a million miles, however it is certainly possible provided you carry out regular maintenance and treat your car to whatever it needs.

I have been reading about Matt Farah's 1,000,000 mile Lexus, obviously it is an extraordinary achievement, most people replace their car before it reaches 100,000. Obviously Lexus is a reliable brand, but what other cars are likely to reach that million mile mark?

Here are my predictions (spoiler alert, none of them are English) :

• Honda Accord - Japanese, reliable, to be honest any Honda deserves a spot on this list.

• Skoda Octavia - Taxi drivers love them, what other authentication do you need?

• Toyota Land Cruiser - Japanese again, Toyota a pillar of reliability. An SUV alternative for the million miler's out there.

• Nissan Navara - Japanese againnnnn, notoriously reliable workhorse. For the farmhands.

• BMW 3 Series - May be a controversial one, but if you get the right one you will be laughing. Bare in mind the repair bill compared to the rest of the list will be considerably higher.
